Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after the order is delivered. To start a return, email support@tuumiist.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not mail a product back until we provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization, to an incorrect address, or to a fulfillment partner shown on the original package may be delayed or refused.

Return Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. The product must not show damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, neglect, accident, or use contrary to its instructions.

We may reduce a refund to reflect a material loss in value caused by customer handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, to the extent permitted by law. We do not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible returns.

Gift cards, downloadable products, and items explicitly marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law. This exclusion does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, or misdescribed products.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Contact us within 7 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Include your order number and clear photos or video when applicable. If the issue is confirmed, TUUMIIST will provide a suitable remedy and cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is required.

Return Shipping

• For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• For a confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, TUUMIIST will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable authorized return-shipping costs.
• Original expedited or optional shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return. Standard outbound shipping will be handled as required by applicable law.

Use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt until the return is completed. TUUMIIST is not responsible for a customer-arranged return that is lost or damaged before it reaches the authorized return location.

Inspection and Refund Timing

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We generally process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is normally to return the eligible original item and place a new order. For a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, we may offer replacement parts or a replacement product without requiring a new purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order enters fulfillment. Contact us immediately at support@tuumiist.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins or a shipping label is created. Once shipped, the order is subject to this return policy.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects may also be covered by the TUUMIIST Limited Warranty. The standard warranty period is 12 months from the original delivery date. Eligible customers who complete the published warranty-extension process may receive an additional 3 months, for a total of 15 months. After your return request is approved, mail the authorized return to:

The recipient name REV-E0447/doudou must appear exactly as shown so the warehouse can identify the return. Do not send an item to this address before receiving return authorization and instructions from TUUMIIST. Returns sent without authorization, without the required recipient name, or to an address shown on the original shipping label may be delayed or refused.
