How Do I Initiate a Return?

Please fill out a Return Request Form.

Please include the reason(s) you are returning your TUUMIIST product, as this will help us to make improvements to our future products to better serve you. We will initiate the returns process and provide you with an RMA# and instructions to complete your return.

Who Pays for Shipping?

While your juicer is covered by warranty TUUMIIST will cover the costs associated with shipping your replacement parts.
