Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment and address verification. Delivery estimates vary by destination and appear at checkout or in your order confirmation. They are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. If we cannot ship within a time expressly promised, we will contact you with available options.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send it to the contact details on your order. Updates may take 24–48 hours after a shipping label is created.
Changes and delivery issues
For address changes or cancellation, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
